James R. LaPiedra, CFP®, CITRMS
CEO and President
James R. LaPiedra, CFP®, has 30 years of management experience in both the public and private sectors. With over 20 years as a highly decorated veteran of the New York City Police Department, Jim served as the commander of several investigative and patrol units before retiring in 2000 as deputy inspector. Beyond his tenure with the NYPD, Jim served as Network Security Manager for the former online brokerage firm DLJDirect, as well as Senior Security Manager for Lehman Brothers, where as Senior Vice President, he directed security operations for North and South America. Jim is the President and CEO of ID360°, an identity theft risk management, and recovery provider. He holds the Certified Identity Theft Risk Management Specialist CITRMS® designation, and is a frequent presenter at identity theft seminars and workshops. Jim developed an identity lockdown program for clients that minimizes risk and provides a recovery process in the event that their identity becomes compromised. Jim is also a CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER™ professional, who has a BBA in accounting from St. Johns University and holds general securities and investment adviser representative licenses as well as life, accident, and health insurance licenses. Jim LaPiedra is available for corporate and group speaking engagements specializing in consulting and identity theft education services.
Linda Vincent, RN, PI, CITRMS
Along with being a registered nurse and a licensed private investigator, Linda is also the principal owner of Vincent & Associates, a California-based firm which developed the Identity Advocate for the education and training of consumers. She is an identity theft and healthcare fraud prevention expert, specializing in medical consulting and investigations as it pertains to medical identity theft and healthcare fraud.
Lou Tobacco joined ID360° Advisory Council after distinguished careers in both the private and public sectors. He has nearly 15 years of sales experience in the pharmaceutical industry for such companies as Novartis, Pfizer and Sanofi Aventis. In 2007, Lou was elected to the New York Assembly where he served three consecutive terms and held significant appointments, including the powerful Ways and Means committee, Health, Higher Education, Government Employees, Social Services, Transportation, and Veterans Affairs. Lou received his Bachelor of Arts with a major in Political Science and minor in Communications and Rhetoric from the Rockefeller College of Public Affairs and Policy from the University at Albany, State University of New York
Robert S. Tucker, ESQ.
Robert S. Tucker Esq. is the Chairman& CEO of T&M Protection Resources, a sophisticated multidimensional protection and investigations company that provides corporations and high net worth individuals with products and discreet solutions that enable them to respond to the threats and risks of the 21st Century. Prior to leading T&M, he spent nearly a decade in law enforcement management, serving as Special Assistant to the District Attorney of Queens County, New York.While in this position he developed an extensive network of contacts in the law enforcement community in the New York metropolitan area. This experience enabled him to work closely with high level members of the New York City Police Department, the City administration, the FBI, Secret Service and the United States Attorney’s Office, where he still maintains valuable relationships. Mr. Tucker, a graduate of George Washington University and the Pace University School of Law, is admitted to practice law in the State of New York and the United States Supreme Court. In 2009, Governor David Paterson appointed Mr. Tucker to serve as a Vice Chairman of the New York State Security Guard Advisory Council, and in June 2013, Governor Andrew Cuomo appointed Mr. Tucker to serve as its Chairman.

Jeffrey J. Potter is a Certified Public Accountant, licensed in New York and New Jersey, and one of the founding partners of Potter and LaMarca, LLP. Mr. Potter holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in accounting from St. John’s University. He has over thirty years ‘of diversified experience in public accounting providing accounting, tax ,wealth management and consulting services to individuals and closely- held businesses. He is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and a past president and current member of the New York State Society of Certified Public Accountants. Jeffrey J. Potter also holds a Life and Health Insurance producer’s license with the State of New York, as well as a Series 7 and Series 66 securities registrations. He has successfully completed the AICPA Certificate of Educational Achievement (CEA) program in Personal Financial Planning.
Jeffrey is a past Chairman and current member of CPA Connect, which is a national network of CPA’s.
He heads the firm’s Construction Contractors Accounting Division and the current CPA for The Building Industry Association of New York City and the current Treasurer for his Church.
He currently resides in Middletown, New Jersey with his wife of 34 years, Laura. They have five children and two grandchildren.

Fred is a Certified Financial Planner™ professional and a Certified Public Accountant who has over thirty years experience primarily focused on providing accounting, tax and wealth management services to both businesses and individuals. Fred holds a BBA and MBA with honors in accounting from Pace University along with several securities and insurance licenses.
Fred was a former chairman of the board of Staten Island Chamber of Commerce, and former president of the Staten Island Chapter of the New York State Society of CPA’s and is a recipient of their distinguished service and public service awards.
